Children's television character Iggle Piggle brings joy to youngsters in Sudbury during coronavirus lockdown




A popular children’s television character has paid a series of special visits to youngsters in Sudbury during the coronavirus lockdown.

Iggle Piggle, who stars in the pre-school hit series In the Night Garden has been greeting youngsters from outside their homes as part of a novelty event hosted by Cevents Hire.

The youngsters are invited to meet Iggle Piggle outdoors while observing social distancing guidelines.

During the visit, children receive a personalised card from Iggle Piggle, which contains a special message.

The company, which hosts luxury party-themed functions, has pledged to donate £1.50 from each booked visit to West Suffolk Hospital’s My WiSH charity in Bury St Edmunds.
